Hi, I love the ripped-up site and I hope to make some like minded friends on here. This is my first post so bare with me!
I'm currently trying to cut my body fat whilst maintain what muscle mass and strength I have. I'm doing cardio , mainly through different forms of HIT.. My question is to do with resistance training. Am I best training for hypertrophy or strength ?? Obviously diet is very important but I'm not sure which form of training is best. Thanks for your opinions.

We strongly recommend HIIT. Read our artcile on www.ripped-up.com/HIIT.html As for your resistance training, I would advise sticking mainly to hypertrophy training. But occasionally adding anew overall body strength session. For instance 1 session per week. 5 sets of 5 reps, trying to find your 5 rep max on the major compound lifts.
